TechM Dove Overview
TechM Dove is an on-boarding app tailored for new joiners at Tech Mahindra under the lateral (experienced) category. It offers a virtual onboarding experience, allowing interaction, transactions, and engagement with essential onboarding information.
With a user-friendly interface and unique features, TechM Dove includes a virtual facility tour, GPS navigation to TechM office's onboarding room, informative videos on live, work, and play, messages from TechM CEO/CPO, gamification elements, and access to contact details like Induction SPOC, RM, BHR, and required joining documents.
This app caters specifically to lateral joiners at Tech Mahindra India locations and is not currently accessible to freshers, GLC, and MT hires.
